I love your poem and the pictures that you put along with it. The word diversity means different things to many different people, but now that we are almost done with this course, we are all thinking more like anti-bias educators. I think we need to each embrace the word diversity more in the early childhood education field and truly teach our children what it means to us to allow them to discover what it means to them. Great job as always.

Yes, "We must stop," and "Yearn to embrace, respect and build a better world for our children...," I personally think this happens by reaching out to one family at a time. Kind words, advice, guidance, and helps are a few of the many ways that we can reach out. Thanks for sharing.
